Proven, Soybeans Lower Cholesterol

High cholesterol is sometimes scary. What are the causes, triggers heart attacks sourced from here and have fatal consequences, namely death. David JA Jenkins, MD of St. Michael's Hospital and University of Toronto conducted experiments to compare the two types of diet for 6 months.
